SEMLA

Today was Fat Tuesday. 

We usually eat Semla in Fat Tuesday, that's a tradition. 

It is why we've made some today at school.

Take a bread, some cream, put almond cream and cover with an other slice of bread and yummy it's done!

Unfortunetly we can eat that delicious cake only during carnival soooo... I enjoyed :D

And like the name says, I am FAT now.
